School Values

Our School Core Values  – Friendship, Kindness, Resilience, Respect, Honesty & Pride

These values of: friendship, kindness, resilience, respect, honesty and pride, permeate throughout everything we do. They help to spread positivity and allow children to make appropriate choices to prepare them for the wider world.

Our School Values are at the heart of everything we do. Values are principles that guide behaviour. At Amblecote, we provide an environment where everyone is encouraged to model and practise values, which we believe empower individuals to be effective learners, leaders and happy citizens of the United Kingdom.

By promoting values across all areas of school life and through teaching and learning, we highlight and promote key British values of democracy, rule of law, individual liberty, mutual respect and tolerance of those from all faiths, backgrounds and cultures.

Through a rounded programme of assemblies and events, we endorse children’s spiritual, moral, social and cultural development, enabling them to develop their own moral and ethical compass to guide them in making the right choices in life. Our children are equipped with key skills and are encouraged to be the best people they can be.
